Woof Wednesday

Welcome to Woof Wednesday. Please meet some great dogs from CA, NJ, NY, PA and TX all in need of good, loving homes!

Lillith is a Jack Russell/West Highland Terrier mix. She is a graceful two year old white and tan spayed female who was found in Compton and brought to the Downey Shelter recently. Weighing ten pounds, Lillith is a cheerful, affectionate, attention loving girl who is in the process of obedience training. She is wonderful with other dogs and probably with children as well, and she will look like a star after a good grooming. Lillith is the perfect indoor pet for anybody in any living situation. Please lets find her a loving home!

 Lady is a purebred Foxhound, who is an absolute doll.  She is delightful and actually very comical.  She never stops wagging her tail and loves playing by herself or with the other young dogs in her foster home. (She has too much energy for the older furkids) She would do great as an only dog, or if there is another dog in the home, they must be young because Lady is very active and loves to play hard, but friendly with other dogs.Lady weighs about 40 lbs., she's spayed and up to date on all her vaccines and housebroken.  Please lets find her a good home!

Morgan is an adorable Hound mix puppy who is very loving and sweet! This cutie pie weighs 17 pounds currently; she will be medium to large adult. She gets along with other dogs and she will do well with an active family without very young kids. She’ll need some extra confidence building because she is a little shy. Her new family will need to continue her housebreaking and obedience training; we recommend group puppy classes for the whole family.  Please lets find her a loving home!

{Please keep in mind a dog is lifetime commitment. They need attention, love and time just like we do. In addition, adding a pet to the family does cost money in the way of food, health care, training,etc. So before adopting make sure you are willing to make that kind of commitment and have the resources to do so.}
