Ginger is a beagle mix puppy who was seen wandering in a local rv park.  She was hungry, dehydrated and full of fleas.  Ginger appears to have been on her own for approximately 2 weeks trying to find someone who would give her a safe, loving home.  Luckily she made her way to the home of two caring people who were willing to take care of her while she waits for a home.  Her foster family says she is very loving, playful, and gets along well with their larger dogs but they don't know how she will react to cats.  Ginger is showing her beagle heritage by being very vocal but already knows her name is learning some basic obedience and walks fairly well on a leash.  She is also doing very well regarding her house training and has had few accidents in their home which they believe were their fault for not recognizing her signals.  Ginger likes her wire crate and sleeps in it at night.  Her foster family believes she would enjoy a younger canine playmate but might not be a good choice as a companion for a senior dog since she is still a playful puppy. They also believe that she would be fine with children as long as the children were old enough to handle her.  Ginger is a sweet girl who would be a great companion for the lucky family who adopts her. Please lets find this little girl a good home!

No paw left behind our mission!

{Please keep in mind a dog is lifetime commitment. They need attention, love and time just like we do. In addition, adding a pet to the family does cost money in the way of food, health care, training,etc. So before adopting make sure you are willing to make that kind of commitment and have the resources to do so.}
