Woof Wednesday

Welcome to Woof Wednesday. Please meet some great dogs from CA, NY, PA and TX all in need of good, loving homes!

I featured these two sweethearts two weeks ago but bonded pairs can be hard to place to I'm sharing them again.  Cookie and Mr Snuggles are a one year old bonded pair who will only be placed together. They are terrier/spaniel mix.   Small enough to fit into a pet carrier and purse to transport, you will want to take them everywhere with you and your family. They dance, they play, they love you!  Sleep with you, eat with you (they don't beg) they know how to sit and stay beautifully. Love to go on walks, frolic in the park, play in your yard, sleep in their own little beds or with YOU!. They are working on liking cats right now, and kitty thinks it will be successful in a few weeks. Very trainable, food driven, Sweetest of temperaments  Let's find these sweethearts a great home!

 Mikey and Nela may not have come from the same litter but make no mistake-these cuddly pugs are a completely bonded pair who depend on each other for security and comfort.  Hence, these wonderful characters will be adopted together.  They sleep together touching some body parts at all times Nela diligently gives Mikey his daily cleaning as Mikey lays and puts up with it.  Nela loves to follow you everywhere you go especially the man of the house. Both dogs make great companion pets they are both affectionate and playful. Mikey enjoys his toys and will walk around happily parading a toy in his mouth first thing in the morning as a special greeting. He has a favorite Angry Bird toy and will even flop down for a nap with it in his mouth.  They get along with everyone, except they are not compatible with cats.  Nela is just as sweet as can be but sometimes she can give a playful nip to young noses if riled up.  Lets find this pair a loving home!

 Alfred and Sadie are between 2 and 3 months old His sister Sadie and him are looking for a new home and could be adopted together or separately. He is the bigger one weighing in at 6 pounds. He is just your typical puppy who loves to explore and cuddle up in your lap for my naps. His foster mom is working with him on his house training which he can master but his new family will have to have patience until  he gets it. If interested in learning more about Alfred, please fill out an online application.  Lets find these cuties a good home!

No paw left behind our mission!

{Please keep in mind a dog is lifetime commitment. They need attention, love and time just like we do. In addition, adding a pet to the family does cost money in the way of food, health care, training,etc. So before adopting make sure you are willing to make that kind of commitment and have the resources to do so.}

If you want to be a part of Woof Wednesdays email Ann Michele, Lauren or leave a comment. Or simply start posting about dogs in need of a home on your blog or facebook page!

  1. You do amazing work here! As a mom to a shelter dog, I know how difficult it is for some of these pups to find their forever homes. Thank you for stopping by the bloglovin' hop - so glad you did!

  2. This is such a great segment! I have a shelter dog and 2 adopted stray cats. My dog was one of those that had been in the shelter her entire life and was at risk of not finding a home. I am so glad I brought her into my home!
