Colby & Jack are 2yr old Australian Shepherd brothers. Colby is the one with orange and jack has the gray.  Colby is blind and deaf and Jack is deaf but does have some limited eye sight.  He is great at finding you. They both function very well in a home using their sense of smell and limited vision. They are good with other dogs, and just love them. They are the biggest clowns they roll around and wrestle.  Colby is not a friend of the kitties. Don't let his condition fool you, he has no difficulties chasing them. They are both sweet and docile, but because Colby is not always aware of what is going on around him he can sometimes be surprised. A home with older kids would be best so no one falls on him unexpectedly. Colby also has a habit of growling to himself or the wall because he just doesn't know he is doing it. However, they do not bark a lot and are very quiet well mannered boys. They like to walk on a leash, enjoy laying outside and soaking up the early morning sun. They are very friendly with people and once they smell you, they are on your lap. They are also great in the car.  Colby and Jack are such beautiful, sweet, nice boys. They would love a home with patience and understanding about their condition.  If they could go to that home together, that would be better. They have so much love to give, they just need someone to give it to.  Please let's find this special boys the loving home they deserve!

A lovable clown and a gallant gentleman!  Bubba is a playful, outgoing guy whose ear-to-ear grin just lights up the room to him, every dog is a potential playmate and no stuffy toy will go unturned in his quest for fun. Bubba spent the entire Fall as a cherished friend and valued teaching animal at Becker College in Leicester, Massachusetts in their Animal Studies program. He truly shined in his clicker-training work  it's not always easy for this boy to be brave, but encouragement, support and clear communication helped him accomplish every task set before him.  When work is done for the day, Bubba immediately falls into a deep, contented sleep and you can almost see the peaceful dreams drifting through his mind.  Bubba gets along well with almost everyone he would thrive in a home that wants to live and laugh along with him."  Bubba is a very handsome, sweet boy.  He might be slightly reserved at first but he is only being cautious. Bubba is 4 and is cat tolerant with supervision.  Lets find this special boy a great home!

Jazper is a 5 year old blue male Weimaraner.  He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm negative.  He is on the small side for a male at 63 pounds.  An addition of a new baby to house has left Jazper out in the cold.  There is no more time and attention to spare on Jazper so his owners have decided to find him a home where he can get the attention he needs.  He is a very loyal and kind dog.  Housebroken and crate trained. He is wonderful with children, great with the cats and likes other dogs especially small dogs.  Jazper is very energetic and will need a home where he can get plenty of exercise.  He enjoys car rides, swimming,  a very long game of fetch...he's a great retriever.   He has had some basic obedience and knows sit, lay down and leave it.  He needs some training on his leash walking and is not reliable at all when he is off leash.  Let's find him a good home!

Willow arrived to rescue in the Fall with a litter of puppies.  She was an amazing mother, but now she is ready to be an amazing companion. Willow is a smaller girl, weighing about 50 lbs.  She is a young adult, but we are unsure of her true age. She has all of her basic skills:  potty trained, walks on leash, house manners, and knows the commands "sit", "stay", "come" and "in". She even gives hugs:  jumps up ever so lightly and wraps her arms around you and gives you a loving look.  Willow is slower to develop trust, and for that reason we recommend she not go to family with young children.  Once she gets to know you, she is your friend for life.  Are you the family to give Willow the life she deserves?

{Please keep in mind a dog is lifetime commitment.  They need attention, love and time just like we do.  In addition, adding a pet to the family does cost money in the way of food, health care, training,etc. So before adopting make sure you are willing to make that kind of commitment and have the resources to do so.}
