Easy Smoothie

Raspberry Smoothie

4 Servings

Combine 2 cups cranberry-raspberry or pomegranate juice, 2 cups 2% low- fat milk, 1 bag (12 ounces) raspberries and 1 container (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt in a blender. 

Cover and blend until smooth but still thick.

Note:  I use blueberry pomegranate juice and rice milk. Also could use a raspberry yogurt instead of plain vanilla.  The ingredients in the smoothie could easily be substituted with other juices or fruits.
